Only two years ago, Sylwia applied to the “Work In Progress” advertising workshops, which were specially organized for students and high school graduates by the Molecular Worldwide agency and mBank. This application became the first step toward a meteoric rise in the world of advertising.
The workshops, designed to hone the skills of budding creatives, proved to be the perfect incubator for Sylwia’s talent. Within weeks, she distinguished herself not just with her creativity, but also with her keen understanding of the advertising landscape. Recognizing her potential, we offered her an internship at the agency—a very good decision indeed.
In just three short months, Sylwia transitioned from an intern to a full-time creative position, and she rapidly became an indispensable part of our team.
