This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we, Molecular Worldwide sp. z o.o. (“Molecular”, We”) process personal data collected through the molecularcreative.pl .Website (the “Website”). In particular, the Privacy Policy describes the types of data we obtain through the Website, as well as the entities with whom we may share it and your rights related to our processing of your personal data. We also describe how you can contact us regarding matters relating to the processing of your personal data.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of individuals using the Website in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO/GDPR”).

Who are we?
Molecular is the controller of your personal data collected through the Website.
Thus, Molecular is responsible for presenting the information on the processing of personal data contained in this Privacy Policy, determining the legal basis for the processing of personal data, and ensuring that the principles of personal data protection indicated in the RODO are met, as well as for exercising the rights of data subjects under the RODO/GDPR. Molecular is also responsible for reporting a data breach to the supervisory authority, notifying the data subject of the personal data breach, and is responsible for properly securing personal data.
The data we obtain, the purpose of its processing and the legal basis for it
In connection with the operation of the Website, we process your personal data for the purposes described below:
- Use of the Website
For this purpose, we process your data such as your activity data on the Website, your IP address, as well as your device session data and operating system, browser, language preferences, unique ID and device.
The basis for the processing is the performance of the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA), in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Keeping statistics, improving the user experience of the Website and ensuring the IT security of the Website
For this purpose, we will be able to process your personal data including your IP address, information regarding your operating system, browser, language preferences, unique ID and device, as well as information regarding your activity on the Website recorded and stored via cookies.
When additional cookies are introduced, the basis for processing will be your consent expressed by selecting the appropriate option on the Cookies Banner. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by changing the pre-selected settings on the Cookies Banner available on the Website in the lower left corner of the screen.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for no longer than 1 year.
- Recruitment
Your personal data contained in the submitted recruitment application will be processed by Molecular. Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other laws (according to the requirements of the advertisement), will be processed based on the provisions of the law (Article 6(1)(c) RODO/GDPR) and their submission is necessary to participate in the recruitment. Other personal data (e.g., your image) will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO/GDPR), which you have given by sending your recruitment application, and their provision does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.
Your data will be processed for recruitment purposes:
- for the position to which your application relates, for the period of time necessary to carry out the recruitment process and select a candidate, and then for a period of 3 months should a repeat recruitment prove necessary;
- for other similar positions for a period of 1 year, if you consent to the inclusion of your data in our database of job candidates.
In case of possible disagreements between you and Molecular, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of claiming and defending against claims on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO/GDPR).
- Informing about services and recent projects
For this purpose, we will be able to process your personal data including your IP address, information regarding your operating system, browser, language preferences, unique ID and device, as well as information regarding your activity on the Website recorded and stored via cookies.
The basis for processing will be your consent given by selecting the appropriate option on the Cookies Banner. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by changing the pre-selected setting on the Cookies Banner available on each page in the lower left corner of the screen. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of their processing on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for no longer than 1 year.
- Handling of complaints and requests, answers to questions
For this purpose, we process your personal data contained in the complaint, request or question, as well as data on the use of the Website related to the complaint, request or question submitted.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO/GDPR) in providing proper service to the Website user and answering the question.
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to answer your question or to take other actions in connection with a message received from you, but no longer than 1 year.
- Determination, investigation and enforcement of claims
For this purpose, we may process personal data about the use of the Website, other services and other data necessary to prove the existence of a claim, including the extent of the damage suffered.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO/GDPR) to establish, assert and enforce claims and defend against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities for the period of limitation of such claims.
Sharing personal data
We share your personal data in the following cases:
- when such an obligation arises from the provisions of applicable law, in particular at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the Police and other state authorities
- when it is necessary to fulfill our needs, in particular to law firms.
In addition, your personal data may be transferred to service providers – entities that process personal data on our behalf and on our behalf in particular to providers of ICT services such as hosting, provision or maintenance of IT systems and applications, including Website traffic analysis tools.
We enter into agreements with service providers to whom we provide your personal data, under which they are subject to our instructions.

What rights do you have?
You have the right to request:
- access to your personal data, to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, to obtain a copy of your personal data, and to obtain information about, among other things: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed, the intended period of storage of your personal data, the source of your personal data obtained by us
- a copy of the personal data you have provided to us and forward it to you or another designated entity in a commonly used, computer-readable format, if we process your data on the basis of consent or for the performance of a contract
- rectify your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect
- deletion of all or some of your personal data if:

You also have the right to:
- object on grounds relating to your particular situation to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, including profiling on that basis. As a result of your objection, we will consider whether, due to your particular situation, the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests we pursue by processing your personal data. If your objection proves to be legitimate, and there is no other legal basis for the processing, we will delete the data about which you have objected
- object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes of Molecular, including profiling. After raising an objection, your data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes
- revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of their processing on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal
- in case you consider that we process your data in an unlawful manner – file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
