Administratorem danych osobowych osób kontaktujących się z nami, kontrahentów prowadzących jednoosobową działalność gospodarczą, przedstawicieli kontrahentów oraz pracowników kontrahentów jest Molecular Worldwide sp. z o.o. ul. Wybrzeże Gdyńskie 6C, 01-531 Warszawa.
W zależności od łączącej nas relacji przetwarzamy następujące dane osobowe:
- w odniesieniu do osób kontaktujących się z nami lub z którymi kontaktujemy się w celu nawiązania lub utrzymania relacji biznesowej: imię, nazwisko, adres email, numer telefonu oraz inne dane zawarte w wiadomości (np. nazwę firmy oraz nazwę stanowiska służbowego),
- w odniesieniu do kontrahenta prowadzącego jednoosobową działalność gospodarczą: dane osobowe wskazane w umowie, dane zawarte w rejestrach publicznych, dane przekazane i wytworzone w związku z realizacją umowy,
- w odniesieniu do przedstawiciela kontrahenta: dane osobowe wskazane w umowie, pełnomocnictwie, dane zawarte w rejestrach publicznych oraz nazwę stanowiska służbowego,
- w odniesieniu do pracownika kontrahenta: służbowe dane kontaktowe tj. imię, nazwisko, nazwę firmy, nazwę stanowiska służbowego, adres email, numer telefonu.
W jakich celach, na jakiej podstawie i jak długo przetwarzamy Twoje dane osobowe? Twoje dane będziemy przetwarzać w następujących celach: kontaktowych, prowadzenia współpracy, zawarcia, wykonania i rozliczenia umowy, którą kontrahent jest stroną, a także w celach marketingowych i dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami. Podstawą przetwarzania danych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b, c, f RODO. Nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes polega na prowadzeniu komunikacji, współpracy, promocji własnych produktów lub usług, dochodzeniu roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami. Twoje dane osobowe będziemy przetwarzać przez czas niezbędny do udzielenia odpowiedzi lub podjęcia działania w związku z Twoją wiadomością, okres obowiązywania umowy oraz do czasu upływu terminu przedawnienia roszczeń, a także przez okres wymagany przez przepisy prawa.
Administrator, prowadzi również system zarządzania kontaktami biznesowymi (PipeDrive) i jest Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych przetwarzanych w tym systemie. System umożliwia nam utrzymanie bieżącego kontaktu z Tobą, informowanie Cię o realizowanych przez nas projektach lub wspólnie prowadzonych działaniach, organizowanych konferencjach lub wydarzeniach, które mogą Cię zainteresować. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegający na utrzymaniu lub nawiązaniu współpracy biznesowej. Twoje dane będą przechowywane do momentu wniesienia sprzeciwu.
Komu przekazujemy Twoje dane osobowe? Twoje dane osobowe udostępniamy: gdy taki obowiązek wynika z przepisów obowiązującego prawa, w szczególności na żądanie prokuratury, Policji lub innych organów państwowych oraz gdy jest to niezbędne dla realizacji naszych potrzeb, w szczególności kancelariom prawnym, operatorom pocztowym lub firmom kurierskim, innym spółkom z Grupy Omnicom. Twoje dane osobowe będą ujawniane podmiotom przetwarzającym dane na zlecenie i w imieniu Molecular Worldwide w celu świadczenia usług teleinformatycznych takich jak hosting, dostarczanie lub utrzymanie systemów informatycznych (w tym systemu zarządzania kontaktami). Możemy przekazywać Twoje dane osobowe poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy do innych spółek z Grupy Omnicom i podmiotów przetwarzających, w tym mających siedzibę w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Dopilnujemy, aby przekazywanie danych było zgodne z prawem i aby wdrożone zostały odpowiednie uzgodnienia w zakresie bezpieczeństwa. Zapewniamy, że ze spółkami będącymi częścią naszej grupy Omnicom oraz podmiotami przetwarzającymi dane osobowe, mającymi siedzibę poza EOG (w Stanach Zjednoczonych i w innych krajach) zawarte zostaną standardowe klauzule umowne zatwierdzone przez Komisję Europejską. Jakie są Twoje prawa z związku z przetwarzaniem przez nas danych osobowych? Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, w tym uzyskania ich kopii, sprostowania danych, żądania ich usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz przeniesienia podanych danych do innego administratora danych. RODO – oznacza Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych).

Molecular Worldwide sp. z o.o. ul. Wybrzeże Gdyńskie 6C, 01-531 Warszawa is the controller of personal data of people contacting us, business partners running a sole proprietorship, representatives and employees of business partners.
Depending on the nature of our relation, we process the following personal data:
- with regard to people contacting us or with whom we contact in order to establish or maintain business relation: name, surname, email address, phone number and other data contained in communication (eg. company’s name or name of your position),
- with regard to the business partners running a sole proprietorship: personal data contained in the agreement, data from publicly available registers, data provided and generated in connection with the implementation of the agreement,
- with regard to representatives of the business partners: data contained in the agreement, power of attorney, data from publicly available registers and name of your position,
- with regard to employees of the business partners: business contact details such as name, surname, company’s name, name of your position, email address, phone number.
For what purposes, on what basis and how long we process your personal data? We process your personal data for the following purposes: contact purposes, to conduct cooperation, conclusion, performance and settlement of the agreement with the business partner, for marketing purposes and pursuing claims or defending against claims. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6 (1)(b), (c), (f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing communication, to conduct cooperation, to promote our own products or services, to pursue claims or defend against claims. We will process your personal data for the period required to answer your query, or to take other action in relation to your message, for the duration of the agreement, limitation period for claims, as well as for the period required by law.
Controller, also operates a business contacts management system (PipeDrive) and is the controller of your personal data processed in this system. The system allows us to maintain on-going contact with you, inform you about our projects and mutual activities, conferences or events that may be of interest to you. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) being maintaining or establishing business cooperation. Your data will be processed until you object.
To whom do we disclose your personal data? We disclose your personal data: where the obligation to do so arises from applicable laws, in particular on the request of the prosecutor’s office, the Police or other public authorities, and when it is necessary to meet our needs, in particular to the law firms, postal operators or courier companies, other companies from the Omnicom Group. Your personal data will be disclosed to the entities processing data at the request of and on behalf of Molecular Worldwide in order to provide ICT services, such as hosting, delivery or maintenance of IT systems (including business contacts management system). We can transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to other companies from the Omnicom Group and processors, including these having their seat in the USA. We will ensure that the transfer is lawful and that there are appropriate security arrangements in place.
We assure you that standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission will be entered into with the companies of our Omnicom group and with entities processing personal data based outside the EEA (in the United States and other countries).

What are your rights in connection with processing your personal data? You have the right to access your data (including obtaining copies thereof), rectifying data, requesting erasure or restriction of processing your data, objecting to processing, as well as the right to request transferring data that you provided to the other controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Polish: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
GDPR – means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
